Bidding
How it Works
- The UPCA Auctions is an online platform that sells used cars it has collected from various sources.
- Buyers who complete the registration process may place their bid on vehicles for auction purposes.
- Once bidding period is over on a vehicle, seller will be notified and receives all bid information.
- Once a bid gets accepted by seller, the winning buyer gets notified. Payment is then made directly to UPCA Auctions in certified funds within three business days; proof of insurance may be requested.
- UPCA Auctions can transfer vehicle ownership documents to winning bidder after it receives certified funds. All registration costs from Guam's Department of Motor Vehicles will be the responsibility of winning bidder.
- Both parties will sign all other needed documents, after which UPCA Auctions shall deliver car keys to the buyer while making payments to the seller.
